Return Policy
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method for prepaid orders. For COD orders, please share your bank account details at support@leniastyle.com.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for different sizes or colors are allowed.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must meet the same conditions as returns: unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
Shipping Details
- We currently ship to addresses within India only.
- Standard delivery time is 4–5 business days.
- Shipping is free on all orders.
