Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – LENIA

At LENIA, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our cancellation and return policy below:

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped:

  1. Log in to your LENIA Account

  2. Go to My Account → Order History

  3. Select the Order ID you want to cancel

  4. Click on the Cancel Request button

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process your refund within 24–48 business hours.

Refund Timelines

  • Before Shipment: Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours of cancellation confirmation.

  • After Shipment / Return: Refunds are initiated once the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders (Card/Net Banking/UPI, etc.) – Refunded to the original payment method within 3–4 business days after processing.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Refunded via bank transfer. You will need to share your bank details with our support team. Processing takes 3–4 business days after product verification.

  • LENIA Store Credit – For faster resolution, you may also opt for a LENIA Coupon/Wallet Credit, redeemable on future purchases.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your location.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Intimate & personal care products (such as innerwear, grooming, or beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale/discounted items & gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return your product and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refund Confirmation

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the amount back to your account.
